Delete your ItsJustMe account and data

1. Delete it yourself, instantly

Open the app, go to Account Settings, scroll to Danger zone, choose Delete account and confirm. If your account has a password, you will be asked for it. Accounts created with Google have no password, so you only confirm.

2. What is removed

• Your account and all your timeline entries.
• Your friends, chats, login sessions and trusted devices.
• Your push-notification tokens and profile picture.
• Every image, video and recording you uploaded, or sent or received in one-to-one chats.

3. What is not removed

• Messages you sent in group chats. They remain visible to the other group members. You can delete individual messages before deleting your account.
• Server log lines already stored, and backups, which expire or are overwritten within 30 days.

4. If you signed up with Google

Deleting your account inside the app is what removes our data. Removing ItsJustMe from your Google account's connected apps only stops future sign-ins; it does not delete data held by us.

5. If you cannot use the app

Email randomunitsupport@gmail.com from the email address of your account with the subject "Delete my ItsJustMe account". We will delete the account within 30 days and tell you when it is done.
